Shipping & Returns


Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Request Form :

Important Return Policy (Limited Time) Please call or email : deafgifts@aol.com prior to returning items for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns without an RMA may be rejected or if accepted, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Most products purchased may be returned within 30 DAYS from date of shipment.
If a product is defective or damaged, notify us within 3 days (72 hours). We will give you an RMA number and shipping instructions. We will send a replacement or return your undamaged product. We reserve the right to refuse credit if product returned has been abused or misused and not in resalable condition. It is then the customer's obligation to arrange shipment back at his or her own expense. If we are not contacted within 30 days, item may be discarded and no credit will be issued.

Special order items :
Custom Personalized, we cannot accept returns on books, videotapes, DVD’s, computer products, software, novelty items, used items, rubber stamps, playing cards, games, flash cards  and special/custom order (Custom Personalized) items.
Terms and Contitions :
Charges will appear on your credit card statement from "deafgifts.com". Order Information: deafgifts.com accepts returns up to 30 days after purchase for a full refund with the following provisions:
  • Items must not be damaged in any way.
  • Refund is credited when items are received by deafgifts.com.
  • Refund is amount less shipping charges.


How will you ship my order?

Our primary shipping method is USPS PriorityMail Package,(Untied States Postal Service)  Service. Should you require additional shipping services, such as Next Day or 2nd day, etc, contact to DeafGifts.com at 912-289-0196 or email  with your request.

How much will the shipping be cost ?

Therefore, the cost of shipping your order is determined solely by the size, weight and distance that
the order is shipping. In most cases the estimated shipping charges reflected on the website will be very, very close or exactly to what your charges will be.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Normally orders leave our Warehouse within 2 -3 business days. Then, just add the normal delivery time of  USPS PriorityMail Package,(Untied States Postal Service) and you will have your delivery date.  Should your orderneed to arrive before the scheduled delivery date, call our customer
representative for expedited shipping methods.

Do You Ship to International Addresses?

Yes. However shipping to overseas locations can be a bit pricey. The actual cost of shipping to overseas locations will not be reflected correctly on the website. We recommend that you email at
DeafGifts.com.  to place your order and to determine the actual cost to ship your order overseas.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. We will replace broken/damaged merchandise provided we are notified within 10
days of receipt of the product. Therefore, we suggest that you always check your merchandise as soon as it is received. If a problem is detected with one of the products, call or email at deafgifts@aol.com. If external damages to a package are evident, please notify the delivery driver before accepting the package and retain all packing material until you contact the Customer Service Department. Items Returned without authorization will be refused.

Why Should I Register?

Registering allows you to log into your website account at anytime to check the status of orders, past and present. It also enables you to retain products on a "Wish List", duplicate a previous order and to receive promotional e-mails with special pricing and order discounts.

Are all your products shown on line?

Yes. In fact, it is a good idea to visit the site often as we update the site with available products, monthly specials and HOT NEW ITEMS daily. Should an item be temporarily out of stock, it will show "Out of Stock". When the arrival date of an out of stock item is known, the expected date will show. Please visit the site often as we update several times a day!

Return Policy ?

If you are not satisfied, you may exchange or return your purchase for the selling price of the product. Please call for a Return Merchandie Authorization number before sending back any item.
DeafGifts.com will not refund your purchase if item is returned in un-sellable condition. We do not refund shipping and handling charges or reimburse for the cost of returning the item to DeafGifts.com. All returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt. Please note that personalized items cannot be returned. We do not refund bulk orders. There will be a 15% restocking fee for any order that meets our return guidelines and is non-defective. There will be a
20% restocking fee for any order that meets our return guidelines and is non-defective.
