Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Request Form

Important Return Policy (Limited Time)
Please call or email : deafgifts@aol.com prior to returning items for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns without an RMA may be rejected or if accepted, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Most products purchased may be returned within 30 DAYS from date of shipment.

If a product is defective or damaged, notify us within 3 days (72 hours). We will give you an RMA number and shipping instructions. We will send a replacement or return your undamaged product. We reserve the right to refuse credit if product returned has been abused or misused and not in resalable condition. It is then the customer's obligation to arrange shipment back at his or her own expense. If we are not contacted within 30 days, item may be discarded and no credit will be issued.

Special order items(personalized), VIDEO TAPES, DVDs, CDs BOOKS,COMPUTER PRODUCTS & SOFTWARE, RUBBER STAMPS, GAMES, FLASH CARDS ARE NOT RETURNABLE
